In addition to project proposals, planning, budgeting, and implementation, he is an expert in project management. Over the course of his 11 years in the public health domain, Mr. Singh has specialized in implementing large-scale health projects. Before joining the Public Health Technologies Trust, Mr. Singh worked at Health cube India Private Limited & Public Health Foundation of India. In addition to his bachelor's degree in computer application, Mr. Singh holds an MBA from Jammu University.
