In 2013 journey in the development sector started with Bosconet (Division of Don Bosco)-South Asia as Sr. Manager CSR partnership undertaking strategic planning, organizational development, building system, and processes and fundraising are some of his core competencies. Since 2017 as a Consultant – CSR with Don Bosco Tech for skilling India, Public Health Technologies Trust, and providing advisory services to NGOs and Corporate on CSR strategy planning, reporting, monitoring, and impact study using the digital platform of synergy connect. Also helping young youths of tomorrow with carrier counseling and psychometric evaluation by Dr.Bhawna Chaddha. Actively involved in the National conference series on sports for employment at Uttarakhand, Delhi, J&K, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan. (6 States) as part of its exercise to develop QPs (qualification pack) and NOSs (national occupational standards) for various jobs existing in the sector “Under Sports for Employment”.
