Her current role is in the operations department/ implementation at Public Health Technologies Trust. In addition to project proposal writing, budget planning, and program implementation. Over the course of years in the public health domain, Dr. Ruby’s interests lie in program implementation, RMNCH+A, Nutrition, NCD, and public health advocacy. Before joining PHTT, Dr. Ruby was working in Bihar to strengthen the RMNCH+A program for the government of Bihar. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from IIPHG and a Doctorate in Ayurvedic Medicine from RAMC.
